Iodine dips and wound sprays stain orange-brown.
Do this first
Rinse cold
Fresh stain
- Rinse cold
- Soak in water with a crushed vitamin C tablet (ascorbic acid turns iodine colourless)
- Rinse
- Detergent and wash
Dried or old
- Repeat vitamin C soak
- Fabric care
- Test on colours.
